After everything was all said and done there was a nipple on the throttle body that I couldnt find... is there a vaccum line that goes to it...? Or is just just suppose to be capped?

From the back of the passenger side? I cant find this line for anything, so right now I have it capped which its throwing a P1494 which could mean a vac leak. Does anybody know where this vac line goes to?

P1494 is a Leak Detection Pump Switch or Mechanical Fault.

I thought all trucks have to have an EGR valve, but to come to think of it, I never saw one... After doing some reading that code could be caused by a vacuum leak, so I need to find it and see if the code goes away. I have that nipple cappped right now and the truck is running fine but need to find it.

there is a plate mounted to the bottom of the manifold. the gasket its between the plate and manifold. the poor design of aluminum to steel makes it expand differently at tempretures, hense enough pressure to blow through a pocket when expanded, in end blowing the plenum gasket which aloows oil to leak into the manifold, which will foul plugs, kill 02 sensors, clog the cat, maake it runpoorly, and get very poor gas milage

hopefully that made you understand
