I just found this Tb on E-bay. This looks like a cheap way to get a 52mm TB for our 5.9. Good luck to anyone who goes after it.

Okay so I finished my Mod's today. Parts installed this weekend where. MSD 8.5mm wires, Champion truck plugs, new cap and rotor, two gallons of anti-freeze, 180 thermostat, Hughes Airgap intake, Fastman Dan TB, Volant CAI, New O2 Sensor and the superchips performance tune. Total work time was about 12 hours,( I had to start and stop 4 different times over three days). Anyway I got everything done today and fired it up and suprise it runs great. I alway's get nervous when doing that much work. I put a lot of credit on being very detailed. I labeled everything that was taken off to include wires and bolts. I organized bolts and parts then labeled them and set them aside. When it came time to re-install everything it was just a matter of reading and connecting. Oh yeah by the way truck drive AWESOME!!!. The power increase was amazing, top end and low end WOW! like I said Awesome. If some one can tell me how to add photos I will post some Thanks

Sign me up! Just got done putting the Superchips 3715 in the '99 5.9... Had to put a few gallons of 101 octane in to even out the 87/89 octane that was occupying 1/2 my tank. A little disappointed that it didn't turn her into the tire smoking monster I was hoping for, but still pleased with the mid-range power bump.

Whats the plenum kit? Is this nessacary for our trucks? I have 69,xxx miles on the truck right now, if this is a spark plug and wires kit should go ahead and replace them?
