Default My new stance

Here are of couple pics of my 07 1500 that I just lowered. I went with the Mcgaughy's 2/4.5 spindle kit and am running Yoko Parada Spec-x 285/50/20 tires. I am also in the process of converting the front bumper to a Laramie front cover. It is in the paint shop at my work right now being sprayed and I can put up some more pics once finished. It's nothing extreme, I am just going for a clean finished look.

If it is the inter fender well, then the getting the bumps set correctly should fix the problem. If it is the fender lip, then the tire is too wide or the camber is still off. Pictures would help. Good luck...

sorry it's taken so long, but it hit's on the inner fender/flare.

John, sorry brother it was I who got it wrong.... welcome to all the lowered rides.

From the pictures, that looks to be a tight fit. It's a good look, but tight. I don't think bumps is the answer. As you need to get the tire tucked inside the fender. I see three possibilities, the first, can you roll the fender lip a little to gain some clearance? second, talk to the alignment shop and ask if the camber can be adjusted to get some tire clearance and the third, use a narrower tire. When I first dropped mine it also rubbed, but the stock camber adjustment cleared up the rub issue. Good luck and let us know how you fixed it.

Thank you my brother for trying to help, sigh,my gut feeling says i will have too spend more for smaller tires up front which sucks sooooo bad,as these are brand new(maybe 15 miles on them),and the *** i bought them from wont work with me in any way, people whom have experience with lowered rides i'm sure they had seen the clearance issues i'd have up front when they were mounted, but i had no experience and went with what he said he usually sales and has no issues with.they prob just laughed and called me a sucker, and i guess i was..anyway's no more pity party, my main prob is i have no idea what size i would need to run with no problems,i'll let the posting resume for all the posters and their beautiful lowered rides cont...

I'd run some spring spacers for a minute till you can get new rubber, does the back rub? What about backspacing on your wheels?

thats food for thght my brother, but to be honest i'm partially disabled and so thus i'd have to have someone do for me,i hadnt thght about spring spacers, and is a good idea,i'll see what i can dig up on them.the backs i have no quarrels with them as far as fitment goes.my whole brand new spintech exhaust had to be re-done as it was hitting on my lower profile tranny crossmember, and so i had a lil clanging i had to get fixed, still got to do a lil more exhaust work but thats a whole nother can of worms lol...
