Lower class club...
Here are of couple pics of my 07 1500 that I just lowered. I went with the Mcgaughy's 2/4.5 spindle kit and am running Yoko Parada Spec-x 285/50/20 tires. I am also in the process of converting the front bumper to a Laramie front cover. It is in the paint shop at my work right now being sprayed and I can put up some more pics once finished. It's nothing extreme, I am just going for a clean finished look.
John, I don't know specifics on the 2G but it doesn't sound right that you are hitting hard just going down the driveway. Sounds maybe you have a broken or blown shock. You are going to need to get personally involved in tuning your suspension unless you have deep pockets. Are your tires hitting the top of the inter fender or the lip on the fender? If it is the inter fender well, then the getting the bumps set correctly should fix the problem. If it is the fender lip, then the tire is too wide or the camber is still off. Pictures would help. Good luck...
sorry it's taken so long, but it hit's on the inner fender/flare.
here's some pics sorry trucks nasty it's been sitting a while and it is at a slope in my d.w....
left tire...

right tire..keep in my mind my truck is leaning from the hills slope more towards the right hand side of the truck..

does any of this help? thanks john
hmm..my apologies,,i just thought this was a lowered class club for our trucks year non-specific.when i drove my truck off the mechanics and tire shop's parking lot it didnt bottom out(tire-wise) untill 55-60 mph on the highway, and i drove it straight to the the alignment shop, and they aligned it perfectly, now i can just drive down my driveway(which is on a down-hill slope and it hits and i cant get above 15-20 mph on the road without my tires up front hitting the fenders...i dont know what if anything was done to my bump stops as i had a (friend) that owns a shop there at the tire place do my drop for me,as he's done quite a few of them/as well as raising or lift kits,so im sure he knew what he was doing...im going to try and get out and take some pics and you guys can see what kind of clearance i have up front.as im hoping a smaller tire will correct this..

From the pictures, that looks to be a tight fit. It's a good look, but tight. I don't think bumps is the answer. As you need to get the tire tucked inside the fender. I see three possibilities, the first, can you roll the fender lip a little to gain some clearance? second, talk to the alignment shop and ask if the camber can be adjusted to get some tire clearance and the third, use a narrower tire. When I first dropped mine it also rubbed, but the stock camber adjustment cleared up the rub issue. Good luck and let us know how you fixed it.

lol,ty my brother but i think he's talking aboot spring spacers, not wheel spacers as you would be correct i do think they would push my wheels out further,i dont think spring spacers have anything to do with offfsets but might be wrong as im obviously no pro,lol..
