yes i was thinking spring spacers to lift the front ever so little and give you the room you need....

Backspacing could be a problem. But the rims picture don't look to be off set. Measure them just to make sure. I'm thinking 5.5 inch is stock, maybe someone can pitch in with the correct back spacing. You can also just measure the spare if it is stock. Spring spacers will also limit travel and after market bumps will also. Hope you get it worked out.
