He's just a forum troll/spammer. His signature consisted of 2 links to dating sites or something. His account was formed yesterday and all he has done was post junk in 5 different club pages... no doubt just to spread around the links in his signature. He should be gone as soon as an admin logs in.
Lol, I was just screwin around with his post for fun... I'll delete it later.

Its coming along! I'm waiting for my steering parts to get here and my new pitman arm is at a machine shop getting drilled out for the 7/8 heim joints I'm going to use as tie rod ends.
I got a Rubicon Express Drop Pitman Arm for a Jeep Wrangler TJ cause my Dakota's factory pitman arm has a rod end in it and I needed one with a hole... and the TJ has basically the same steering box as the Dakota, so I knew it would fit. But since the new pitman arm's hole is tapered for a tie rod end, I need it drilled out to a straight 3/4 inch hole. For steering links I'm using 1.5" OD by .25" walled DOM tubing and 7/8" heim joints with 3/4 inch drop-down high misalignment spacers... in other words, it will be so heavy-duty that I should be able to bash the steering links against rocks without bending them :P. I also got high steer arms for the flat top knuckles and they are being drilled out for the 3/4 inch bolts as well, so it may take a little longer than normal for them to arrive.
I ordered all the steering parts except for the pitman arm from ballisticfabrication.com.
Hopefully in the next week or two I'll have the steering done.
After the steering is set up, I can figure out the geometry for setting up my track bar correctly. The path's of travel of the track bar and drag link need to be parallel to avoid bump steer, and since the drag link can only be placed one way (bolted to the pitman arm and right steer arm), its the track bar that needs to be mounted accordingly, so it comes second.
Then once those two are done, I need to find a master cylinder to use for the dual piston calipers and 4 wheel disc brakes since my factory MC won't likely do the job, then re-plumb the brakes with new lines and an aftermarket proportioning valve while removing the combination valve and ABS valve... basically come up with a completely custom braking setup.
Then I need to make the transmission crossmember, but before I do that I'm getting a new transmission. I'm pulling out the nv3500 medium duty 5 speed and putting in an nv4500 heavy duty 5 speed with dual PTOs (I'm going to set one side up with a hyd pump and the other side up with an air compressor later on down the road). Then I need to decide on a transfer case (I can't use my AWD t case anymore with a solid front axle) and once the transmission and t case are in place and secured down I can measure to have custom driveshafts built.
Then I need to replace little things like bearings and seals and then drive it to an exhaust shop to have a custom exhaust routed since the factory y-pipe will run into the upper link.
It sounds like a lot, but it really shouldn't be that bad. It will cost more money than time!!
Here's the pictures of the new pitman arm... not really very exciting.
And here you can see that the pitman arm lines up with the steering knuckles fairly well!!
