Well I just got off the phone with Complete Off Road and my bank account is 1,653.95 dollars lighter.
I've got Yukon 4.11 gears front and rear, Yukon install kits front and rear, setup bearings for the D44 and Detroit Truetracs front and rear on their way. I'm glad they have free shipping too, the UPS guy is going to hate me when his back goes out loading my stuff into his truck.
Randy's was 20$ more with USA standard gears front/Yukon rear, Truetrac front and rear, setup bearings and install kits with Toyo bearings so that's why I went with Complete Off Road.
The guy at Complete Off Road told me that their brand of gears are Yukon and that they get their stuff from Randys, learn something new every day.
Come on 14mpg, I can't wait.
I think I might need a little tech support when I do the install seeing how I've never done it before but I don't want to be kicking myself down the road about dropping 600-900$ to get them installed.
Brian, where did you get your suspension mounts from again? I'm thinking about relocating my rear shock mounts to be parallel with the bottom of the axle instead of below it. I'd like to do that while I'm installing my skid plates (some day soon).
As soon as I mock up my skid plates and mounting tabs with a few pieces of cardboard (easy to make adjustments with cardboard, just need scissors) I'm going to plug the dimensions into Autocad and order a 4'x8' sheet of 1/4" plate then cut them out with the laser at my dads work.
I'm thinking the transmission, oil pan and charcoal canister need them for sure, I just need to get under there and do some looking around to see if anything else needs them. I'm going to make one for the gas tank out of 1/8" plate since the plastic will flex and I just need to keep rocks from digging a groove into it.

on a side note...do you guys think ill have any issue with running a set of 37x12.5's with a 3"suspension and a 3" body...I can run a set of 33x125 stock with the tb's turned with slight rub on full lock..

www.completeoffroad.com The gears and install kits were only 600 and some, the truetracs are what really shot the price up. I might have to hit you up for your number when I do the install, thanks for the offer.
Will do. I believe I'll be able to get them installed without too many set backs since I've got you and Brian on stand by to answer my questions.
I'm going to try to get plenty of pictures of the install if I don't get too caught up on wrenching.
