The only tool I don't have is a big enough welder. My little 105 amp MIG won't be up for the job, but I plan on tacking all the mounts with it, and when I've got everything in place, I'm going to rent a 250 amp engine driven welder. But if you happen to have a welder up in the 180+ amp range bring it along! I have 220 in the garage.
Some other things that might be nice to have more than one of though would be a floor jack and some more jack stands!
I'll think about it and see if I can come up with something else we'd need.

I have a couple car jack stands, a couple 3 ton jack stands, a couple 3 ton floor jacks and I might be able to get my hands on a little stick welder, but I don't know the amp output on it.
Actually, I might be able to get ahold of a decent mig welder. Let me talk to my dad about borrowing a welder and maybe the plasma cutter. Don't get your hopes up, but it might be a possibility.

The jack and stands would be great. I have a 3 ton floor jack and a couple mini 2 ton jacks, but every one of my jack stands is being used right now!! I just remember when I put the 9.25" axle under my truck we had a couple floor jacks and several jack stands in use to get the axle up and keep it balanced.
I actually rented a plasma cutter to cut all the factory IFS mounts off the frame! I used the hell out of that thing too! But I cut everything that needed to be cut with it so I can't think of anything else that I would need one for.
The MIG welder would be awesome though. I don't know how to stick weld. I won't get my hopes up though, cause I know people who own expensive welders usually aren't too open to lending them out!

I believe my dad has a welder at his work that he owns but he's keeping it there because we don't have a shop yet. I just need to talk to him about using that one, or possibly borrowing one from his shop.
They have something like 5 big MIG welders, a TIG welder and a couple stick welders that are all used by the maintenance department, the assembly line uses the resistance welders so if he has one that wouldn't be missed for a couple days then I might be able to get one.
