Default still trying to help dad out

He has an 02 caravan that has a problem with the brakes properly releasing thus they drag when he lets off of the brakes. He asked me to help him in the hunt for a downloadable version of the factory service manual so he can rebuild them. Can someone please help.
Thanks in advance

I'll have to call him tomorrow for exact specs, but I would imagine the vehicle has around 75,000 miles. He's told me that you can hearthe brakes with the windows down and can just ever so slightly feel them when decelerating. He's put many miles on this van so he knows what it should feel and sound like. Drag = not releasing fully/still in contact with the rotor. He has already tried cleaning and lubricating the moving parts but with not luck.
