engine no start again

ok, I beat on the bottom of the fuel tank with a rubber mallet and it started back up. Its definately the fuel pump. So I am getting a new one this weekend.

Ok got a new fuel pump this weekend. $200 bucks later and about 40 minutes of labor later the car is running again. The pump itself was not bad but the connectors for the pump were melting inside the tank. It was only a matter of time before boom. I might be so bold as to tell everyone with over 100,000 to check theirs. Man is that scary.. I will post a pic later of the connector for everone to see, that way yall will know what I am talking about for sure...

I talked with a dealership mechanic today and he said the fried wiring harness is fairly common an these cars with over 100,000 miles on them.
