Default engine no start again

I got up this morning for work and my car would not start. I have no fuel pressure in the fuel rail. And I cant hear the fuel pump prime when I first turn the key. The car has run fine until this morning. I visually check the fuel pump fuse and switch the relays thinking that was it but no luck. Anybody have any ideas before I pull the tank and change the fuel pump????

I have a good battery, the car turns over, its just not getting fuel. I was wondering if there is a fuel cutoff switch, I know ford has them, but I dont know about Dodge. I thought they were standard but maybe not.

I checked the fuse, but maybe I need to pull it and switch it for another.

Ok I checked the fuse and swapped it for another and still no start. Still no power to the pump. Can a fuel pump just quit without warning?

I checked today and I have power to the fuse and to the relay. I was thinking I was smelling gas fumes the other day before it died. I thought it just because I was getting a cel code for the gas cap. I looked under the car at the gas tank and it looks like gas has been leaking from around the fuel pump area down the side of the tank. So I am fairly certain that it is the fuel pump now. Now I just need to come up with the 185 dollars for the pump. i guess the car will sit till the 15th payday.

Its aftermarket price from autozone, no labor. My labor. I do have a question though.. Do I have to drop the tank or can I pull the fuel pump from the side. I can see the pump its angled on the side of the tank.

I found one at a salvage yard for 50 bucks. it has 4000 miles on it. I am going to try it and save a little money for now. But I was just thinking about changing the fuel filter first though. I was wondering if the filter was clogged that it would keep the fuel pump from working???
