Default Smell of coolant

After leaving my truck sit all night, i have been recently noticing that I smell coolant when i start it. In addition, since this has started, my oil pressure gauge has been movie very fast. This is not normal for how it has been. If I press the gas, It increases rapidly. When I release it, it drops down. I have checked the oil, i recently changed it, and it is full. My coolant slowly goes away. But I have yet to see any leaks from either. If anyone can help, let me know.

I have not seen anything leaking under. I cant find anything leaking at all. In the morning when I smell it, my exaust pipe is "smoking." Could that be the head gasket? Just its leaking on the inside?

Depending on the year, My last Ram was an 03. therewas a recall on the lower radiator hoses and power steering hoses. Even though they replaced them I still had the issue. The only other thing I noticed was when I changed the oil, there was condensation on the bottom of the fill cap but the engine never gave me a problem even after 90k miles.

Is the smell inside or outside? Any white smoke?
