97 VOYAGER VAN 3.0 WASN'T GETTING FUEL CHANGED FUEL PUMP BUT STILL THE PUMP WILL NOT COME ON AN PUMP CHANGED RELAYS AND FUSES NOTHING HAPPENED IS THERE A NOTHER ROUTE I MIGHT TAKE TO START GETING FUEL PUMPING NEED GAS HAS TO GET RUNNING ANY SUGGESTIONS HELPFUL[sm=dontgetit.gif]

 

Have you tried retrieving the trouble codes from your Voyager yet? If not, take it to your local Auto Zone and they should be able to retrieve them for free

did you check the voltage at the connetor to the pump.


sounds like you either have a split wire, faulty wireing, or a hot ground at that circuit

 

Change your fuel filter, It must be plugged solid.. may have some ice in it.

 

I've checked voltage at wires that hook to the pump has 12 v when key is on but hook it up pump don't work, sure pump is good it is new

 

i've got gas know and good fuel pressure but still won't start help

 

Just a suggestion - check pump off of vehicle - not every new part works, as I have found out the hard way.

 

yea it does work checked it already it gets gas to fuel rail or to the line that goes into the fuel rail tryed started fluid in trys to start for a second and dies whats happening when it goes into the fuel rail it not getting to the injectors or something could thy be stopped up the van sat for 3 years already

 

the van tries to start now it the whole damn van bounces up and down like its wanting to start so bad any suggestions help me please anything

 

if the van sat for 3 years, you probably need to take out he injectors and get them cleaned... they are most likely not flowing. you can also yank a plug and see if it's gas fouled or anything like that... if it's gas fouled, then the opposite is happending where the injcetors are stuck open... they don't like sitting in gas...
