Default Inexpensive performance improvements

Hi my name is Zack and Iam a new member and I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 3.7l v6 and I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on ways to better the performance on my truck.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. (And i do have a lot of money to work with)

Anything that would give you good improvements with that engine in a Ram, would not be inexpensive unfortunately.

What are you looking for? More speed, better gas mileage, etc... ? There are always things that can be done... What type of gain are you looking for?

Sure. You can always do the CAI, exhaust stuff. That might get you a few HP, but nothing significant. I just don't think anyone is offering much for that engine really. Like all the DC engines.

Okay... so you don't have alot of money... what type of performance are you looking for? Gas mileage... ? More Horsepower... ?
