Just wondering if you all have any experience in dealing with the company Lithia that is buying up many local car dearships. I have noticed they have not bough just Dodge, seen thay have some Chevy, & Ford.
The Dodge dealership in my town has never been the best to deal with, but since this new company, Lithia, has taken over, many of my friends are having to drive to other cities to get our vehicles serviced and repaired under factory warranty. For those of us beyond warrantys we are in a world of hurt.
Any imput???

 

What city are you in? In Denver we do have a Lithia Cheery Creek Dodge. How they rate as far as sales, repairs and service I really could not tell you. However they have been around for a long time and I have never heard any complaints.

 

I just picked up my truck from repair at Lithia Dodge in Concord CA. Not a happy place do business at, got my new ball joints and a fuel pump replaced under warranty and they made me feel like I just ripped them off. I would suggest another Dodge dealer to anyone in the area like Brentwood Dodge? Any thing but Lithia

 

i bought my car in brentwood, as far as work goes no idea. havent taken my car in . i hear 5 star in concord is cool.

 

Concord Lithia Dodge blows big time. I have bought two, dak and ram, from them. then problems started, they refused warranty work and cost me almost a G just to get radiator and water pump replaced on a 97 dak. Like quadpit said, they make you feel like **** for warranty work! WTF!!!!! Then my parner goes and buys a ram from them too, before I could tell him to go to Antioch dodge, better prices, I found this out after I fell in love with my RAM and had to have it, way better sevice, in fact one of thier sevice advisors left Lithia to go to antioch dodge, he was the best one at lithia. STAY AWAY FROM LITHIA!!!!!!!

 

Someone should report them to DC. They can't operate like that.

in reguards to Lithia if there is a problem with the way you have been treated you can report it to Dodge customer service @ 1(800)992-1997 and this does get people in Detroit involved. But for those of you that are still under your factory warranty about 3 weeks
after the repair you should get a survey in the mail THIS GOES TO CHRYSLER NOT THE DEALER let them know how you feel.
This survey controls a dealership maintaining 5 star

 

This dealer is not a five star yet, last I heard. I forgot to mention that if you buy the extended warranty you have to take it back to where you bought it from, better to get one from DC so you can go anywhere. I had to have the dak. towed 40 miles to get to thier location, past three dealers. GOD I hate them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
