Default radio install now dome lights don't work

I installed a radio today in my 2000 Ram. Using wire harnesses and everything, no hack jobs.

At first it didn't work, so plugged the stock radio back in, it worked fine, then rechecked everything put the pioneer in and it still didnt' work so I put the stock one back in and it didn't work. So I get the voltmeter out and find out the orange main power wire wasn't working. So I check all my fuses, Somehow I popped the one to the fuseblock. replace it and still no power to the orange wire. So I run my own 12v line jumping off that same fuse to the radio. Hook it up and it all works fine.

Now my dome lights aren't working. When I try to turn them on I can hear something trying to click on behind the dash, but they don't turn on. I checked all the fuses under the dash and all are find. The dash lights still work and can adjust the brightness on them .. and I puled out the lights and they work fine.. When rolling the dome light switch up, it sounds like some sort of relay is trying to turn them on...

They don't work when I open the doors either.

any help on how to fix this? I have a hard time believing that all 3 interior lights blew at the same time...

Sounds like you bought a bunk wiring adapeter. Are all the fuses still good??

maybe the noise you hear is a relay behind the dash..
