Default New motor instalation

I have a 73 swinger and have been wanting to install a 97-05 fuel injected engine ranging from the 5.2L to the Hemi.
I just wanted to know if anyone knows if its a process i may be able to undergo? or is my A body car not fit for it?

any suggestions will help

PS the reason i want to do this is because carbs are too much of a hassle with my wagon. i figure fuel injection is that way to go.

Default RE: New motor instalation

Anything can be done if you have enough money
Issues you would have:
Need to swap both engine and trans as a unit.
Custom engine/frame/trans mounts
Custom driveshaft
Complete engine wiring swap out.
Custom engine computer programming.
Custom oil pan.
Custom exhaust headers/exhaust pipes.

I would guess $10-$15000 plus the engine/trans/wiring.
