wheel question

i already have the rims..theyre at home..with new tires. is the act of changing those studs any worse than changing the studs on the RT?

It's as bad, plus you have to pull the axles in the rear to get at the studs. Did you get rims from the dealership? I've been thinking of some bigger rims for the Intrepid.

id rather not say on here how i got the rims. i got the tires from one of lindas friends. i didnt know id have to pullthe axles. that Is moretrouble than its worth. the rims are even in the boxes..i just dont have the jeep wheel centers, and i havent found a ram center in stock thatlll fit in the center hole.

What's the width? I wouldn't put them on unless they are 7" or more.

i believe they ae either 7 or 7.5 i knwo they are 7 something...i havent taken that good of a look at them.

what do you want to put them on? theyre truck rims and tires..like 245-65-16or something like that..bfg a/ts or maybe a cheaper modell of the same brand. linda brought themhome..i havent even looked at them..

I was thinking of putting them on the Intrepid if the offset wasn't too much different. The car already has 16 x 6 rims. I would like a bit wider tire on it.

i believe the offset is 43.8 or so..i know its stamped on the back, as is the size..im pretty sure they are 16x7 and 43.8 offset.

I think the Intrepid wheels are actually 7" wide anyway. Oh well.
