If it's hanging-up.... It's getting HOT!!!
Don't touch the wheel, just hold your hand close!!!!
After a short drive with the wheel hanging-up Is it hotter than the other side???
Where the wheel bearings lubed and properly torqued???
Just Ideas!!!! Without driving it (looking at it)myself, This might be a tuff one!!!
