First, Welcome to the DF family!!!

A good place to start would be to check the codes. Is/does your engine light on or come on during power loss?
You could also have an intermittent fuel pump problem.
I found that my K runs its best on mid-grade gas 87 octane.

Being the fuel pump is new you might also want to check and see if the electric connections came a little loose.

Another thought, you could have a cat thats getting plugged, or a partially collapsed muffler (rotting from inside out)

i think i have it figured out. i think it is the fuel pump. i came to this because the level of fuel in the tank effects the performance.
