If you don't try, you'll never know. complaning how hard it looks pretty much ensures it'll never get fixed.

I trained highschool kids how to do 3.0 water pumps. the 1st one took them 4 class periods, (90min each), 2nd down to 3 periods and by the 3 pump, they were able to do the entire job properly in 2hrs. one class period and 30 more minutes. no these were not the same car either. 2 were lebaron convertables, and one was a dodge spirit. yes you have to remove the engine mount and other things. I also had the kids do head gaskets on some 3.0's one on a Montero and a couple minivans. They can get that job done in 5 class periods. (5.5hrs).

what is your problem with spark plugs? the 3.0 is easy to change.

Good to know that a person who works on cars for a living finds it easy to change plugs and a water pump on a 3.0L while the rest of us who don't have access to a shop find it much more difficult than you. To us mere mortals both projects are a PITA. I still have scars from the sheet metal screws that gouged my hand.

more people have excuses why they can't get things done then actually put forth the effort to get things done.

when I was in HS, I blew the trans in my duster. I had no garage, minimal tools, NO internet for people to hold my hand. At 16 yrs old, I managed to pull the trans, rebuild it and get it back in. all by myself, no one telling me how to do it. In the world, people can be classified 2 ways.. you can either be a wood tick or you can be a honey bee. I prefer to be a honey bee. If you need an explanation of what that means, you're probably a wood tick person

good job honey bee! i classify you as a tool, however. i could definitely let you know how inferior you are to me in many ways, especially personality, but i'll let it go.

and how is you beating your chest about 'training' hs kids do this job nascar fast helpful?

yeah, when I was 7 I put rebuilt an F16 in my woodshed, I only had a piece of scrap aluminum to start with, and I had to walk uphill both ways to do it, in the 110° weather there and -16° on the way back, take that tsetse fly.

You do know that a honey bee is a drone that does the bidding of the queen don't you? they have zero input on their own, it also has a life span of 40-50 days.

being a hard job and the job being a PITA are two different things.

Ease up!

Alright 22mopar22, 22dodge22, shelbydaytona, 92dak5.24x4 and all your other personalities/screen names... that was the last straw, beyond the fact you have made multiple accounts after being banned. You have been warned numerous times before about your abrasiveness, condescending attitude and trollish actions.

Shelbyfan and ukatfan4 I understand hes abrasive, but please don't descend to a trolls level in the future. We can't have members attacking one another. If you see something like this again, just report it and we'll take care of the problem. Anyways, thanks for being a part of DF and continue to enjoy the forum.
