bad turbo after less than 10k??? that is in no way normal wear and tear

 

i know thats not normal but dodge is so stringent and gay that they will find any reason not to warrenty my turbo, i swear that shaft has so much play barly touching it makes the fins hit that housing, its terribly sounding and has been making this noise for over 2 months, so i can only imagine the inner workings of how that turbo looks now......prolly another reason i am not seeing as high boost levels

 

well i dropped my car off today at now my 3rd dodge dealer. The tech just from my explaination said my throw out bearing sounds like its bad cus i said i think there is clutch chatter, and explained to him what is going on with my car. then i said that my turbo has a problem. and explained about the loose shaft. so the service guy said so, how much do u race your car and i said i never have and havnt had it long enough well see what happens

 

NEVER mention racing it or nuttin like that. if they want to void the warranty, they must prove that something YOU did is to blame. please see the thread on the court case: https://dodgeforum.com/m_765548/tm.htm. this guy got screwed by the dealership, sued them and won.

 

yeah i read that post, i was happy to hear that, but i told them i have never raced the car and that this noise has been ongoing since i bought it. because in reality i never did race the car. so i would love for them to try and say that i have raced it, it was kinda funny when the guy said how many miles and i said 9800. he goes and what year is this i said 05. he goes and your sure u havnt raced it. i said uh yeah i use it mostly for a daily driver, with my bills these days im lucky to fill my gas tank twice in a month.....so i would love to see that hopefully all goes well i should get a call around 7 toinght or sometime tomorrow

 

FREAKING FIGURES!!! DODGE JUST CALLED ME BACK SAID WE CANT FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR...YADA YA
I SWEAR TO GOD IM JUST GUNNA BLOW THIS THING UP OR TRADE IT!

 

You could always show the tech the play in your turbo that you experienced..... Or find another dealership...

 

go to a 2nd dealership, dont take that for an answer

 

that was the third dealer ive been too yeah go figure...
