For anyone that knows about my problem that I had with the mysterious "tone" ring a few months ago. Long story I won't blabber on about it. But the Judge felt that I was lied to and misled and that the Dodge dealership did infact damage my vehicle. Void the warranty and couldn't prove that I caused the damage so yeah I WON!!!!!!!!

Yes I am going to be getting back all of the costs that I encountered and to cover all the damages. The Judge told Chrysler that they had absolutely no right to do what they did to me and that he was going to make a formal report to the B.B.B. for the way that they did "business" with me. And that they had no right to have my car for 5 weeks then just tell me that they didn't know what was wrong with it they were putting it back together come and get it. So I had to pay a much more qualified mechanic 3k to fix it.....P.S. the car runs GREAT

No they didn't only said that they didn't know what was wrong with it. So thus they could NOT even begin to prove that I damaged the car. That is the main reason that I won is because they had no idea what was wrong with the car. After the car sat there for literally a month. The good thing is that my brother and I work at the same place. If not I would have been so screwed. They refused to give me a loaner car also. When I was told by a corporate official that if your car is at the dealership for longer than 3 days under warranty work that you are "supposed" to be given a loaner car. Yeah I am glad and relieved that I won and if any of you guys or girls have a problem like this with your car. DON'T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!!! TRUST ME!!!
