Default Clutch Stages?

I was wanting to know how much horsepower and how much torque each clutch stage can hold? I just need one that is compatible with and that can handle at least 350 lb ft and 350 horsepower! And what brand would be good. And does a lightweight flywheel really make that big of a difference? And another question how much will be safe to lower it with 17 inch wheels and a 225/40 tire? I don't want to sacrifice the smooth ride if I don't have too. And would lowering springs be efficient enough and would I have to purchase any part along with them to make them work. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

go to each clutch's manufacturer's website. the "stage" clutches are not universal so each company will have different ratings.

I think that I have decided on the ACT Street Clutch Kit that is good for 470 lb ft and i have heard that it is very good on the street as a daily driver. So thanks for the help just one more thing.....the lowering springs what would be a good height without sacrificing the ride and would i have to buy anymore parts to make them work correctly besides the spring????

you'll need new shocks eventually, springs blow them.
