Default idle sensor

ok i think i def need a new idle sensor.. ok what its doing
1) while i'm not in a gear idle is reving up 1500, 2000,2500, even 3000k rpms...
2) also when idling sometimes the exhuast sounds like its coughing, sputtering..

so i think i do need a new idle sensor.. so how hard is it to change?? also where can i get one..

if u think its something else suggestions would be appreciated.. thanks!

I agree with Shane, my car was doing the same thing, TPS sensor was replaced by Dodge, under warranty.

Yup, a TSB went out to Dodge dealers quite awhile ago. Don't let your dealer tell you otherwise...........
