glad it was simple, hate to say i called it but its a common problem... as for the sunroof you might need some good ol fassioned force. i left mine open one in triple figures. needless to say it got pulled off track. just had to pop it back in, as it wouldnt close the whole way.

Ok, can I get this throttle sensor anywhere on the net and shipped here? Because I don't think the dealers here have it. And for the sun roof... It went of track and something broke on the trac, probably I have to get a new track.

Does anyone know where this throttle sensor is placed under the hood?

It's right on the throttle body. Front side of the engine, near the radiator, about midway down and slightly toward the drivers side. Has about 3 wires going to it. It sits right on the side of the TB over the butterfly shaft. The wires get pulled too tight it seems and either pull loose or break near the connector. It might be something you can fix if you're handy with electrical repairs rather than buying a new part. By the way, the sensor is usually good. It is the wires to the sensor that have the problem, so buying a sensor may not help.
If this is not the problem, check the vacuum lines everywhere real good as someone else suggested.

^^very true, the dealer replaced my tps under warranty and it wasnt even the onlyproblem, it was actually the wiring harness that was bad. so im not sure but i think both may have went bad at the same time? the dealer never really explained it very well

Ok thank so much for your replies, but do you think I can tempoary fix the harness my self. It might take some time for my harness to get here, the dealers don't have it so they have to order it from the U.S.A

Has this happened again after you fix this or is this a better harness with longer wires, I was thinking about ordering x2 maybe if this goes wrong again!

I fixed my problem myself... just took the air intake box out and took the sensor plug off and looked at the wires, everything looked OK so I put them back in and the car worked great after that. Thank you guys/gals for all your help on this. U'r the best

Always glad to help. I have been lucky and that has not happened to me yet.....
It is very common though.
Tell me the truth. How do you like the Tein S springs?
