Like Barney said, I'd contact the BBB and tell the dealers I was doing so. Fire off some letters to the DCX area rep as well. Amanda might be able to help you there.....

 

That is exactly why I highly recommend that they take it to a neutral mechanic or two and get their trained opinions first before handing it over to the dealership. This way you have proof on your side other than you simply saying that it just isn't so. It will also make for a better case if you decide to take them to court over it.
