Newbie here!!
Okay so I lied! Ha ha, but the hiatus is over...life has started to calm down and things are back in order. I missed you guys over here. What have I been up to? Hmmm....school...work...and the car of course. Quite a few things have changed and are in the process there as well.
A couple new exterior changes have made quite a difference (to me) on the car. Others may differ in opinion.
But I'm back.....
Chase made me do it!

June 14th was the last surgery (the fourth) and after a year of having only one eye, I finally gained the ability to use my other eye to see! It was tough to get used to using both eyes(as weird as that sounds) but yes, everything healed up great!! Still working on your sleeper project?
Heya Dusty! You still around these parts? Move yet? Still have the SRT I see.
Excellent.Blue_SRT4: Nope, thank the lord for that. I'm so glad I'm not wearing a prosthetic anymore. The reason it was blue is because the prosthetics aren't covered by Insurance (then again what is nowadays) and run upwards of $800. I had been wearing a patch for almost four months when my skin ended up severely infected, landing me in the hospital, and with an infection that spread into my eye. My Doctor told me there was something else I could try, but if I wanted to match the color of my eye I had to wait 6-8 weeks at the least. I asked her what the hell she meant by that, and she told me she had a blue one that I could have free of charge. So I said HELL YES! A free $800 gift, that was a godsend! I didnt care what color it was LOL. But now that its fixed, its my real eye, and its brown just like the other one.

Several of us here have expressed concern over your medical condtion......I know we are all glad it worked out for the best!!!! It's GREAT to have you back!!
No, I haven't moved yet. Family matters came into play last month (death of father) so the move to Colorado is re-scheduled for Mar of next year. This is a "no cancel" date, my condo is already on the market and I am selling all my non-pioneer stuff like bigTV's, fancy dinner ware, works of art, overstuffed furniture, etc. I've already put down a 25% down payment of the cabin price, so I'm pretty much committed.
Once again, welcome back!!!
You were missed. (Understatement!)

Crystal,
The skittle will have to go as soon as construction starts on the house due to having to cross a "dry wash creek" (deep stream bed with no water in it) and the sagebrush on the property. The last time I was there a month ago, the Ford Explorer I rented scraped the sagebrush and rabbit grass but got across the dry wash just fine.
I'm not looking forward to selling the "Silver Skittle". It's been pampered, it's a sweetcar, and has only 7300 miles on it........and it reminds me of you........(the sweet part).
Yes, that was a "flirt", but it is good to have you around again. PSI Chick did an outstanding job while you were gone. She has adeep knowledge of racing applications for the SRT-4. Many people are happy with her advice and assistance. She answered many questions that no one else on this forum could respond to.......
I am, and I know many, many others are happy about howthings turned out sowell for you. Hang in there!!!!
