Hmm, well i could maybe deal with 300hp, I don't want to do any hard surgerys on the car, like turbo swap. I may jus go the route of stage2 and bolt ons. If i can get to 300 for my DD ill be happy. I have a track car so this one won't see the track but maybe once when i am finished with it so i know she can run with the money i spent.
With stage2, bolt ons and one hell of a suspension think its fesiable to hope for mid 11s?

My question that might help out this topic is.....what needs to be done first???? Looks like the first thing to do is get a oil catch can for both sides....maybe hardpipes for the intercooler....ziptie all the vaccum lines, better wastegate....boost controller,...turbo timer....air/fuel ratio gauge.....What needs to be done first guys?
Well I couldn't leave my car "stock" for longer than the first day I owned it, I already added my oil catch can, which was easy to do following the guide at the top of this forum.
I guess right now, I'm going to get a full exhaust and zip ties on all mylines. Then in about a week get stage 2 and hard pipe/bov. then suspension. a few grand to get this little car into the 12s

if you want 300 hp out of the stock turbo......

fuel controller (dtec, safc) - this isn't 100% necessary, but is highly recommended

there are other parts that can help too, but that's a basic list. you'll get around 300hp and a mid 12 car out of it. on street tires more like a low 13 or possibly a high 12. if you want a 11s car, you have to change the turbo. the stock turbo is just too small to do it. well, i guess you could spray the hell out of it, a 150 shot on top of all those mods could throw you in the 11s.
