it's a box that gets rid of the tranny codes that s2/s3 throws.

it would pass the obd inspection, but you still have the visual to worry about there. as long as you get a stupid inspector you should be fine lol

LOL! So there is a possibility i may fail the visible? What makes this happen, are there things like cats removed?

Thanks, PSI Chick...

They look for cats, gas cap, and there may be a few other things but thats all i know for sure. The rest is mainly the niffer test which is why i aked my previous ? about the stage kits. If there is nothing removed i believe with the code scrubber i will be just fine. When i took my mustang in last year it passed everything except for the visual and thats because Gt mustangs have freakin 4 cats and after my off-road x-pipe it only left me with 2. The guy who didthe smog said everything else passed just fine.

none of the stage kits remove the cat so you'll be fine with that. s2 swaps injectors, wga and sensors, s3 adds the turbo/manifold as well. that's why i said if you have a stupid inspector. they look so close to stock that most people won't notice the change, but if it's someone that knows about the car they'll be able to spot it. as long as you keep the other stuff stock or put the stock stuff back in (like intake, tb, etc.) if you change it you shouldn't have a problem.
