just wondering if anyone has had this problem when the boost controller is completely closed my car will boost to 15psi and won't go down till i let of the gas. but if i open the boost controller it will go to 17psi but it starts to drop down after 4500 rpms feels like turbo stops spooling is it normal or is there a problem
