Well u first must have an Aftermarket BOV hooked up and if so then you can unbolt the stock surge valve and then install the block off plate using either a gasket, or high temp RTV and bolt it in place where the stock surge valve was and cap the pink line and you are all set it shouldnt take long at all. A racheting wrench helps alot for that 3rd bolt which is a pain
i have a turbo xs valve, and do i just not use the pink wire. just put something into it? and i T'd into the line going to the seloniod and to the throttle body
