Sounds pretty damn clear, plain, and simple to do to me, if I had that equipment. And I'm sure Paul will know exactly what your talking about once he reads that post.

Most are afraid it will ruin the PCM and they will be blamed. My guy actually had to sign a paper they made saying he understood it might destroy his just bought Stage 1 PCM. He looked at me, I nodded, said, "Do it" and he did.

30 minutes later, the tech was saying "Holy Cr&%!!!!! It worked!!!!" , and wandered around spreading the news, like a fresh disciple.

20 of those minutes were spent convincing the tech to go back and get the damn book, after he tried the PCM options page 3 times and told me "It already has a VIN, see!!!!!!" Got the right page, went through the right menu, and THEN he had to get the PIN, which he hadn't bothered getting, since it wouldn't work anyway.

BTW, that guy is on SRTforums, davidsyellowsrt, he can verify if needed.

I called the dealer yesterday and asked if they sent out stage I to be flashed or if they did it there. He told me they did it there. I said ok, how much to reflash a used one. He told me me they couldnt because it was illegal. I then asked him if they had any coolant for the intercooler. He informed me they were out of stock but had a shipment coming in. ROFL
