Heres some pre-made ones with all parts included which are much much more expensive than doing it yourself. But any 0 gauge or 4 gauge wire will work, with some gold connectors.

Very easy to install, remove the current wire and simply replace it with the 0 or 4 gauge wire that you purchased. Theres diagrams of where the wires are located online all over the place...I can find one for you if you have trouble. But very easy to do, and very worthwhile.
