quick simple question. I know a good deal about cars but one thing i cant figure out how the srt4 got its sound, is it the dual exhaust, the cats or the headers or the bov. im just curious if you can make that backfire and gutter sound on any car?

 

The pops and gurgles are increased by the Stage upgrades for the most part. The paperwork that came with my Stage 1 specifically pointed that fact out.....

I believe the pops & gurgles are do to the amount of fuel alotted at decel. Pair that up with a non-muffler exhaust and you get a stock exhaust that may still get you pulled over!

yes this is true, and you can get pulled over i have the experience, gurl cops dont know ****! she claims i must of had a hole in the exhaust i told her i just bought the car brand new it had 500 miles on the freakin thing and she still didnt believe me that it was stock, so i had to get in this big ordeal with the sheriff and the company i bought the car from and after 3 weeks the ordeal was fixed!

 

You could have have just showed them your owners manual.......
