just so you know, i was offended by your first post. nice van you've got there chester. if you own shops, why don't you have cable or DSL, it will help out a lot, you should look into it. i mean it's not that expensive.

I'm well aware of the easy ways of getting big boost out of a turbo and tricking the computers into seeing less boost than it's actually pushing out. I'm also quite familiar with just how important weight is especially when it comes to smaller engines. You were still bragging about beating stock SRT-4's with your Colt that's running twice the factory boost as well as other mods, and your were talking down about it for being beat by your modified Colt. A modified Colt that's running 13.2 will beat most stock musclecars that were made, including your GN and ZR1 stock. Then again I know of an all motor normally aspirated 4 banger first gen. Neon that runs 11's in the 1/4 mile, it just goes to show that the name means nothing and with enough money put into anything can make it fast.

One solution to this type of problem (which comes up all too often) is to start a "Time Slip" section where anyone wanting to claim low e.t. would have to post a readable pix of their run. This would apply to ANY vehicle and mods would be listed as well. Postings w/o "proof" would be deleted.

Yes its a dead issue with sexy....everyone has spoke thier mind. I will get the vid uploaded asap, the actual run at the track. DSL is my only option here and its way way too much to justify. I live on top of a mountain.
Bruin, no doubt you have a nice ride and should be proud of it. Wheelspin is my biggest issue with mine and im afraid to put any kind of sticky tire on as I dont want to break parts. I will also find the time slips.
Im a builder and good days in out dawn till dusk or working in the shop when the weather isnt good enough for the crews to work.

I wasnt trying to say my colt was all this or that, I just knew how it ran against the few I raced, no more no less.
My zr1 was probably the biggest joke of a car ive ever had and paid too much and lost my *** on it when I sold it, the Z06 made them drop to almost nothing in the resale dept.
Anyways, again sorry to the legit folks that got mad, I just....ahhh its all good.
