is this code common with an aftermarket wastegate? its says its tip sensor performance. i've got 0234, 1188, like 0522 or something.

 

I have a aftermarket waste gate to and I also keep getting the 1188 and 0234, all I do is just keep clearing them, I have also wrote before about this same 2 codes and the only real way to get rid of them is by a stage kit

 

you can disconnect the pink line on the upper intercooler pipe and cap it off...this will prevent the computer from seen overboost...it only works on 03 and 04....

 

The pink line ? .... that line is for the stock surge valve.
