Need help, sputter, oil leak, brake pad fluid reservoir
Ok, car has 35k miles on it. While cleaning it today, I noticed a small oil stain on my driveway. I got underneath it and it is coming from the pipe on the left hand side of the intercooler. I don't even know what any of this is called, sorry bear with me, if you know what I'm talking about let me know.
Anyway, its slowly leaking oil. Next problem, while my car is on, there is a definative "spinning/stutter" sound, more just like a hightened engine noise. Don't know what it is.
I fixed/found out the 3rd problem a minute ago. My e-brake light was going on when I accelerated, but I changed all the brake pads and need to put new brake fluid in it, Where is the brake fluid reservoir??
Thank you thank you thank you to anyone that can help me, I am starting to get nervous I only have 1k miles left of warranty and the thing is falling apart on me!!! HELP!

When is the last time you checked the level in the OCC? If it's full the oil will eventually work it's way into the intercooler and leak out. The brake fluid reservoir is located on the driver's side up near the firewall/dash with a yellow cap.

THANK YOU DUSTY!!!!
Sooo ,I just checked the OCC, and one of the hoses fell out of the zip tie, rubbed against the wheel/belt right there and put a hole in it, so basically I am catching nothing. would this be the oil? Obviously it needs to be replaced, but what do I do about the other oil???
I never thought about the OCC . . . damn.

I'd fix the OCC since that's cheap. Cleaning the oil out of the the intercooler will cost you more. I was raised in a military family and I know that money can be tight at times. The oil in the intercooler will decrease the performance of the car, but not much else. Save your $$ till your Marine comes home and let him get hishands dirty........Semper Fi!!!!

what do you mean it will be expensive? you just take it off and run a hose through it. let it dry for a few hours and reinstall. all it will cost you is in water lol
Is this a hard thing to do?(Cleaning the intercooler) mine needs to be done!!!
Best Way, number of bolts, dificulty factor??? Can anyone give me some info on it?
Thanks in advance...

well, that's after you remove the front bumper. it's not difficult to do, but it is kinda a pain. i definetly suggest having someone else there with you as when you get all the bolts off from in the wheel well and pull on the bumper it will kinda fall off. with two people it will prevent it from hitting the ground and scratching up the front. or just put a blanket down or something if you don't have an extra pair of hands.
really though to take off the nose and the ic shouldn't take more than say 20-30 minutes with basic hand tools. just be sure you have a long extention to get the bolt in the back of the wheel well, that one can be a little difficult to reach.
