Any one have a wga for sale?
very well may be a busted wastegate. its evading me at the time but the stock wga spring only 7 or 10lbs. but if your wga is busted it wont boost past what the spring can hold.
do you have any mods? stock wga? where does your boost gauge sit at idle, and where does it read when the car is off?
like burnout said, much more info is needed.
im going to have to research that spring issue as well now, its bothering me that i cant recall it

if your boost gauge was not sitting at 0 at idle, your gauge was broke, but it was probably is as simple as a boost leak, or a problem with your wga. was it only boosting to about7lbs?if so that what the stock wga will do if its malfunctioning. also, did you use fully syntheitic changed every 3k, cuz the oil also cools the turbo which is subject to a lot of heat that breaks down oil rather quickly. a maintenence history would be most helpful, as well as how it was driven. but you say you 'used' to have the car, so at this point with no way to check things out for yourself, we can only say what it 'could' have been

So I did the test and after spraying the soapy water on the pipes, i did find a leak on the hot side of the IC. before this i was getting 5 lbs. of boost. now I can only get 7lbs. It peaks at 7 lbs and falls to 5. I really dont have any performance in 3rd gear any more. Just to see of I was going crazy me and a friends miata mx5 raced and I got beat. That should have never happened. I have a feeling that my gauge is busted as well. It rests at 5 vac.

busted gauge and a busted wga. we have a 7lb spring, so getting 7psi is a clear sign. either get an aftermarket one oryou can try to get it replaced under warranty. no real point in that. same thing with the boost gauge.

only mods are mopar bov and intake i run mobli 1 and chang it every 2k i really dont think i have a boost leak but i dont know i guess i need a leak cheak tool? when the car is off it read 5 or 10 what ever is first on the vac side and when the car is one its a 20 to25 on vac sideI peak at 10 and falls to 7-8 .If it is the wga dose any one have one for sale?
