RE: Question for the pro's
But this is "Dumler Chrysler" putting them in. LOL I'll quote you on that.
Paul's just failed, and he had to get a new one also. Some people have gone through 4 or 5 that I know of. At that point I'd just get an aftermarket gauge. When I drive 90% of the time my cars in VAC anyhow...so my needle won't get stuck in boost anywhere...I'd just be stuck in VAC [sm=smiley36.gif]

RE: Question for the pro's
You took the words from my mouth. I had a problem with my boost gauge also. It showed 3psi with the engine off. I thought I was running 15psi, when I changed the gauge, it was 18psi. I'm questioning the reliability of that unit.

I figured the problem out guys, I do not have a boost leak and it's not the gas. The problem is the boost gauge itself. When the car is off, it is still reading 8 inches of vacuum. So I am going to take the car in Dec. 9th for a new gauge. This I found out is a very common problem. Thank you everyone for the help. You guys and gals are very nice and welcoming.
