I've had my srt for a little over a month now and took it onto the road racing course for the first time today(hype-R-fest @ summit point, WV). The car handles great in stock trim! The rear end kicks out under trail braking predictably, and it doesn't really under steer at all. Very neutral at the limit. I've got some prior road racing experience, so I don't know if it's a fair comparison, but a new mustang cobra was gridded about five cars behind me, and I never saw hide nor hair of him during the whole run. Can't wait to run it again w/ shaved tires and maybe a little lowering.</P>

Well then lemme lay it out for you, I can order the Bluebird SR-20DET which is out of the JDM Altima for about 2 grand, add an FMIC, Apexi N1 exhaust, HKS Super Sequential BOV and at 7 psi (.5 bar) surpass the SRT-4's hp and tq. Now thats only at 7 psi when without building up internals I can safely run 12 psi. Now as for NOS umm no I dont f**k with that and only a true ricer would say NOS because real enthusiasts know that that is a company and not the actual mod. btw all my mods only add up to about $2700. I just got my SRT 4 8 days ago and it flippin flies. I imagine that there are other cars out there that are faster but im a poor college student and cant afford to pump 80k into a rice burner. I do want to add on to this beast though. Does any one know where I can get a turbo controller and NOS system for this? Or have any other ideas.</P>

I'm thinking of picking one up.No hurry, though. I'm having fun outrunning Jettas, Hondas, and Mitsubishis - all with those obnoxious noisemakers taped to their exhaust pipes. </P>
