Just like it says, when is it time for one, and when is it starting to go...?

 

I knew my SRT Ram clutch was toast when I had smoke everywhere on take offand it was not the tires making the smoke

You can also smell it burning a little in the early stages. Takes more RPMs to get the car to launch at the same power as earlier launches (ie the clutch is slipping and you need more power to get the same feel out of the hole).

 

how much was the clutch for that srt10?

 

when you drive and push on the gas and your rpms increase but you're not going any faster it's time for a new clutch

I bought more than a clutch.

I boughta new Centerforce clutch, light weight flywheel, upgraded slave and master cylinders, it was just under $1500.

 

i once bought an entire car for well under that
