Default AEM Wideband gauge

I just installed my AEM UEGO on my Maxxfab dp with high flow cat. My question is when I went WOT my a/f went down to about 10.5, is this normal or am I a bit lean? my mods are listed below, my w/g is set to 16. Another ? is when I let off the throttle to just coast the gauge goes blank like its out of limits, then once I am almost to astop it returns, is this also norm? Idle it goes between 14.2 - 15.6. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your deffinitly not lean if anything your quiet rich at 10.5. An when you let off the gas it is normal for it to go all the way to the right, thePCM kills the fuel on decel, i believe it is for emissions and Fuel Economy

Exactly. All that you have stated is in safe parameters...

It depends on what you want to do. S2 runs notoriously rich as far as the 'tuner' scene goes.... You could get some power out of leaning it out, or you could leave it and keep the EGTs down and the motor in a very safe running condition. There are plenty of ways to tune it besides a DTEC, but all cost around the same (aside from the map clamp, but I don't recommend them). I see you have toys as well. If you use HOM often, I would just leave it. I'm not even sure how I would go about tuning fuel to accomadate for HOM as well as daily driving. i suppose you would need multiple maps... See what happens? lol. You start of with one idea and it just trickles down. So if you want to go the route of tuning, there are plenty of ways to do it and even more things to spend your money on. If you just want worry-free fun, just rock it homie!

just get a aftermarket wga on there and up the boost a little, you'll lean it out and get more power.

I do I have the AGP one, should I put back on my mbc and turn it up, I think its set to 18 or 19, and I also have the walbro fuel pump. Thanks for the input. I can't wait for the drag races this weekend, just wish I had better tires or my slicks, my tires sux big time I have the Nexen 3000, they sux no trac what so ever, they don't even get sticky if I do a good burn out

well I will try runing it with just the w/g like I have been, the mbchas been off,and put the dab up to 2 since 3 is more for slicks, then try with HOM, I getting VP 100 octane unleaded tomorrow.

If I were you, I would tune the WGA on DAB 3, since it will give you full boost in all gears. That way you can verify your WGA settings throughout all the gears (since DAB 2 limits boost in 1st and 2nd). I have also read of people tuning their WGA in on DAB 0 or DAB 1. That way they can switch to DAB 2 or 3 to up the boost for race gas applications. Haven't tried that yet myself, so not sure how well it works...
