either your fuel pump is shot or there's a leak or a hose disconnected in the return line. could also be that stupid blue ring that goes around the bottom of the pump in the tank that loves to fall off.
check your lines completly and make sure that everything is connected and there's no leaks. if you still have no pressure drop the tank and make sure that everything is still where it needs to be on the pump. if all else fails, replace the pump. luckily they're cheap.

safc can't add fuel, it can only take it away. so running plus does nothing really, and can screw with the map readings, hence why it's bad. might as well zero it out, you're doing the same thing basically and it's safer. the only thing that can add fuel is a stand alone, none of the piggy backs can do it.
the blue ring goes on the bottom of the pump inside the canister. damn things are always falling off if they're not perfectly in place.

In my experience can't go wrong with the Apexi AFC Neo. Looks good and has 16 +- adjustments across the board.
