Good Deal or NO?
I was at a dealership today and saw an '03 SRT-4 on the lot for 19,989. Checked the milage on it and it only shows 8K. I was just wondering if thats a good price for something like that
...by the way....car looks in like its in great shape and all that good stuff. I was just curious on some feedback from anyone that's willing...lol
Thanks in advance...

I think it's apretty good deal... 8,000 isn't bad. Offer 19,000 and see what they say... LOL! What color is it? Did the tires look bald? Did you talk to a salesman at all about it? If so, they say anything about it?

The car is a black on black with tinted window's and those viper "inspired" bucket seats. Honestly, i love that car...The tires look fine...the hilarious thing about it is that when i talked to the dealer about financing the car....he said he'd give it to me for $5000 down and $450 a month for 60 months....I did the math...turns out to be 32,000.....I just laughed in his face....but then again....it wasn't anything serious though....so yea.....I guess we'll see. But like i said, i NEEEEED that car!!!

You may want to try one of the "Internet Car Buying Services" to get a low price quote. I used the internet to check on different dealer's inventories of SRT-4's and went to the one with the most of them figuring I might get a better deal. I did.

I agree with doof432 though, try to scrape up the extra $ and get a new one. Those may be 8,000 of "fast & furious" miles. The dealers know how to make a so-so car look good and will replace parts that look bad.

I definitely agree with you on that one, but I can always ask the dealer (in a worst-case scenario) to check a car-fax report and see who the previous owner was...I'm not sure what that'll get me....lol...but its an option....
