Good Deal or NO?

The above link will give your dealer the procedures for activating the alarm on your SRT-4. From what I've read, some dealers do it for free, some charge $30, some claim there isn't an alarm. On page 65 of your owners manual, it shows the light on your dash panel (above the fuel gauge) that will light up once your alarm is activated. I checked mine and it doesn't light up or flash so I'll be getting that fixed during the car's first oil change next week at the dealer as well as getting my exhaust tip alignment checked per TSB 11-001-04 which was released on Feb 10...

P.S. Be sure the technician puts in "PL" and not "PT" when inputting the data on the DB3 tool (see the above link for more info...)
Thanks once again.[sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley2.gif]Tell me how it goes and how well it works too. If it works then I'll have them do it to mine as well, free alarm, I'm loving this car more and more.[sm=smiley27.gif][sm=smiley31.gif][sm=smiley4.gif][sm=smiley36.gif]

OK. It's only supposed to take a few minutes to do, so I don't expect to have to wait too long, unless of course they give me that "It doesn't have an alarm" line. Just to be safe, I'm printing out the TSB # on the exhaust tips as well as the instructions for the activation...[&:]
