you will get more power with a tb. figure about 10-15hp from what the dynos have shown. you don't need a full 3", if you already have a dp and borla you're fine.
the ice man cai has been having some issues lately. apparently it doesn't fit on 03's, and on 04/05's it has this lovely habbit of rubbing against the brake booster cable and wearing a nice hole in it so that eventually you're driving along and suddenly you have no brakes. this doesn't happen on all of them, but it has been reported by some owners.
i just got a jmb 3" this week to replace my ipp cai, and i'm very impressed with it. it's got great hardwear, and the pipes look awesome. there's no fitmet issues either. the k&n is also a nice unit, although the filter does sit very low in the wheel well. the aem is also very common and has good things said about it. there are a few other options out there in the market, but these are the ones that seem to be the most popular. also look into the agp, bdj, and psi-fi.

If I were you I would get the larger throttle body, K & N Typhoon CAI, Mopar Performance/Borla cat-back exhaust, Maxxfab turbo to Mopar exhaust exhaust kit, MSD plug wires, pressure pipe, motor mount inserts or solid mounts and OCC's. These are great mods for any level.
