Do they actually illuminate blue or just a filter and still shine white?

I think I will be doing the Sylvannia thing toooooo.. Wal-Mart right? i got aproblem with my brights i thinik....when i pull back on the stick they get bright as hell and then when they "lock in" to bright, they seem to go dimmer than the "midway point" of pulling back on the brights lever. anyone else have this same problem? is it a problem?

lots of lights do that- what you're seeing is high and low beam on at the same time. it is even more pronounced if you have your foglights on- when you hold the switch back all three remain illuminated, then when you let go only the brights stay on (the low beam and foglights are extinguished). totally normal.

I'm now thinking about trying Eurolite Crystals in my car I like my Farenheits and know they will allow me to see more but they don't have a lot of color just pure white and I'm thinking about some blue lights. The others only have a hint of blue.

Well from the pics on Car Domain the Crystals are looking almost yellowish. I was pretty sure a friend I have that had some in her van had the Crystals though and they were pretty blue. It seems the Fusions are closer to blue but really white from the pictures on Car Domain. She showed me the box to hers and it was for Crystals unless her husband put the stock bulbs in a differnt box. Also would the low wattage ones be the same color as the higher wattage ones? Anyone have pics of the Crystals? Are they blue like I think they are?
