Default Headlights

Was wondering if anybody knew of any headlights that actually emit a blue light. I know they have the one's out there that look blue on the bulb because it is a filter but illuminate a bright white light. Was wondering what brands have them. I remember a few years back they had the one's that looked rainbowed color coming down the road. I appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks if anybody can help. [sm=shades.gif]

If you want to spend the big bucks get an HID kit. They will be very bright and look bluish to others at the same time. If you want a cheap way to do it then get some different bulbs. I've heard the sylvania silverstars are very good lights. I haven't used them myself, but I've heard that from other people. I myself have a set of APC bulbs in my car, they're kinda like the rainbow ones you're talking about. They are very bright.

Thanks, I'll look into it, by the way, how much do HID lights go for?

The Hid lights will cost you an arm and a leg. I have APC super whites (xenon gas) , they are actually pretty nice. They emit a slight blu/purple hue from angles. I put Euro xenon's in the fog lights, those are terrible.

I get enough people flashing their brights at me with the stock headlights, I would hate to see what they would do if I had HID's.[:@]

I would suggest either the APC's or the Sylvania silerstars.

HID's look a lot better than bulbs do. I have seen HID kits for the SRT-4 for about $400 or, if you are from an area where I am from, you can see if you can buy them "legit" from someone in the nighborhood and have them cutom-fit.

HIDs are nice, I can't find a kit for my car though.
