i think stock is 40mm, isn´t it?
hmm well ill see.. like i said there for a STI but i got a good deal on them.. they look like motegi db6 i think there called..but i can make a spacer thats no big deal as long as they fit there 5x100 but i heard some people where having truoble with the subi type rims
I was told by someone here (Amy) that the design of the wheel spokes or hub area will be the factor requiring spacers. I believe this is true because I have seen two different wheels (designs) with the same offset, and only one required spacers.
yes, that is true. my last set of rims were a +42mm and needed a 3mm spacer. my current rims also have a +42mm offset and do not require spacers. spoke design plays a huge role in determining fit. but a +48 is beyond the questionable range of fitment.
The caliper clearance is a pain in the rear. I orderd two different sets of wheels before I got a correct fit. Don't assume anything will fit until you put the wheel on and spin it. BTW, I have Excel Daytonas 18x7.5, 40mm offset going on as soon as my new tires get here. I'll post them when they're on.
