I would have to agree w/rip's.
That was a huge problem w/ the early neons.
However, the fact that it goes away going up hill........
That one has got me stumped!

I still have not figuired out how to send a link on this crazy computer. If anyone wants to see the TSB's, or anything from a Chrysler publication, send me your e-mail address. I'll take the risk of going to jail for unauthorized reproduction of documents....LOL.
I'm starting to lean towards the "something is loose" theory. For the past two days I've been driving around with no music on and keeping the gas lighter than usual to hear any odd sounds.
Well when turning the wheel hard to the left something clunks underneath the floorboard.....but it doesnt do it all the time.
Last night I played passenger in my car as one of my Teachers drove it after we got out of class. I noticed things you normally wouldn't notice being in the drivers seat since your feet are almost constantly on the pedals during city driving. The floorboard vibrates from 50mph and up. You can actually SEE the car shaking if you look at the radar detector.
I went back to the tire place and they re-checked everything and fixed the center caps for me....so theres nothing wrong with the wheels, or the spacers. Everythings lined up right. But somethings broken somewhere to be making that clunk. Any ideas?
